What it has been run against

A support matrix is easy to write and worth nothing. This is the opposite: a production app, cloned and analysed on 2026-10-22, with what came out. The row is reproducible — clone the repository at that version, install, and run the analyzer yourself.

The assessment, on a real app

Unmapped means a native package with no row in the module map: each needs reading before it can be estimated, and the analyzer says so rather than guessing. Effort is a heuristic starting point for a human estimate, not a quote.

What that establishes

  • React Native 0.86 and Expo SDK 57.
  • React Navigation, where the analyzer traces each screen element to the component file behind it.
  • The New Architecture, including the case where React Native 0.82 and later ignore a false flag.
  • Local Expo modules and config plugins.
  • An app of 262,000 lines with 67 native dependencies.

What it does not

  • Parity beyond three Bluesky screens. All 78 screens are ported on both platforms; the parity sweep across the rest is running.
  • React Native below 0.86 and Expo SDK below 57 have not been run on a production app here. Nothing suggests they fail.
  • expo-router. The analyzer resolves expo-router routes to their screen components, but no expo-router production app is listed here.
  • Bare React Native with no Expo packages at all. Bluesky has Expo in the tree.
  • Windows and Linux. The analyzer is Node and should run anywhere, but porting and parity need Xcode, so a full migration needs macOS.
  • Any specific coding agent version. The Pack is Agent Skills and a plugin manifest; it has been run with Claude Code.

The assessment is the cheap part and it runs anywhere Node does. What parity means covers the expensive part and its limits, and the Bluesky showcase is the one app taken all the way through on both platforms.
