Privacy policy

We collect what we need to sell you a licence and support you. Nothing else.
What we collect
- Purchase details — name, email, country and licence tier, via our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
- GitHub username — solely to grant repository access.
- Support correspondence — email and Discord messages you send us.
- Website analytics — aggregate page views via a privacy-friendly analytics provider. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and there is no telemetry or licence phone-home in the source code you buy. What you build with it is entirely invisible to us.
Processors we use
A payment provider acting as merchant of record, GitHub for repository access, an email provider for transactional and product email, Discord for community, and an analytics provider for aggregate website statistics.
Your rights
Email privacy@nativestarter.io to access, correct, export or delete your data. We'll respond within 30 days. Deleting your data ends your repository access, since that access is keyed to it.
Retention
Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Analytics data is aggregate and not tied to you.
