Migration Pack licence

A licence is a one-time payment. It includes all future updates to the Pack: its skills, agents, scripts, references, templates, playbook and documentation.

• Individual ($149): 1 named developer. Unlimited personal and client projects.
• Team ($499): Up to 10 developers in one company. Every application the company owns or builds for its clients.
• Company ($1,499): Unlimited developers in one company. Every application the company owns or builds for its clients.

A developer is a person who runs the Pack, or reads or changes its contents. People who only review or use the output (code, reports, plans) do not count.

A company is one legal entity. Its employees and the contractors who work for it count as its developers. Parent companies, subsidiaries and sister companies need their own licence.

A seat is one developer with an email address at the licensed company, invited to the Pack repository by their own account. Seats are counted, not reserved: when a developer leaves, remove their access and invite their replacement. The licence is breached by exceeding the count, not by changing who holds a seat.

To add developers, upgrade to a higher tier and pay the difference.

The Pack is delivered as an invitation to a private GitHub repository, one invitation per seat, after payment clears. There is no download and no licence key: repository access is the licence in practice, which is why a seat is defined as an account rather than as a person who might be anyone.

Updates arrive by pulling that repository. Nothing expires, nothing renews, and no update is charged for, for as long as the Pack exists. If you stop paying attention to it for a year, the next pull still brings everything released in the meantime.

Removing a person from the repository ends their access to future updates. It does not reach into a copy they already pulled, so treat departure the way you treat any other credential: remove the access, and rely on this licence for what they may still do with what they have.

• Use the Pack with any coding agent or tool.
• Modify the Pack for your own use within your tier.
• Keep and use everything the Pack helped you produce: code, reports and plans. That output is yours, and your clients may keep it.
• Consultancies and agencies: use the Pack to deliver assessments and migrations for clients, within your tier's developer limit.

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent or share the Pack, or any substantial part of it, with anyone outside the licensed developers.
• Give a client a copy of the Pack. The client needs its own licence to run the Pack itself.
• Publish the Pack, or a derivative of it, as a skill pack, plugin, prompt library, template, course, video series or training material, free or paid.
• Use the Pack to build a competing product that assesses or migrates React Native apps. Delivering services as a consultancy or agency, as above, is allowed.
• Remove the licence or copyright notices from the Pack.

The Pack's scripts run on your machine. They do not send your code, reports or telemetry anywhere. Your coding agent sends content to its own model provider under that provider's terms. The Pack does not change that.

If the Pack is not useful to you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get one in full. After a refund, stop using the Pack and delete your copies.

The Pack is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Analyzer output, estimates and recommendations are starting points for human judgement, not guarantees or quotes. You are responsible for reviewing everything the Pack produces before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

This licence ends automatically if you breach it. The sections on warranty and liability survive termination.

Advisory calls, Readiness Reports and pilots are separate from any licence. The advisory call is free. Anything else is agreed by email before work starts.
