Terms of service

Readiness Reports, pilots and advisory calls are services, delivered under a scope agreed by email before any work starts.

The Migration Pack is a one-time purchase, licensed per developer count (Individual, Team or Company) and including future updates. It is not a subscription. See the licence for what it permits.

Reports are fixed scope and invoiced once the scope is agreed. You grant the access the scope needs; we use it only for that work, keep what we see confidential, and remove it when we deliver. We never publish anything about a customer's app without written permission.

Reports: fully refundable until work starts. Once work has started, fees cover the work done. The Pack: 14 days from purchase, no questions asked.

Estimates are estimates. The method reduces the risk of a migration; it does not remove it, and decisions about your app remain yours. Nativestarter is not affiliated with Shopify, Meta, Apple, Google or Bluesky; references to their work are to public sources.

Everything is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost revenue, store rejections, or damages arising from use of our reports, advice or the Pack. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to customers. Existing purchases and agreed scopes are not retroactively worsened.
