Terms of service

A one-time purchase granting perpetual access to the Nativestarter repository for the framework and seat tier you bought, including future updates. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.

Each framework version is sold separately. Buying the Expo kit does not include any other kit we may publish later.

After purchase you receive a link to add your GitHub account to the private repository. Access is granted per seat. Sharing access outside your seat allocation is a breach of the licence and we may revoke access.

14 days from purchase, no questions asked, no form to fill in. Email us. Access is revoked on refund. We ask that you delete local copies, and we trust you to.

All tiers include the Discord community. Startup and Agency include priority email support and a consulting call. Support covers the kit itself — it is not general React Native tutoring or work on your product.

We ship updates including Expo SDK upgrades. We aim to support each new SDK within a few weeks of release. We can't guarantee a specific timeline, and we can't guarantee an update will never require changes to code you've written on top.

The software is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost revenue, app store rejections, or damages arising from its use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. The playbooks reflect our experience and public store guidelines — they are guidance, not a guarantee of approval.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to licence holders. Your existing licence terms are not retroactively worsened.
